Ken O’Donnell - Founder and Skipper of KO Websites
Ken is recently retired from the FAA as an Air Traffic Control Manager. He is an expert at project management and guiding staff in a high-stress environment. Ken started KO Websites, a ‘Bay Area Web Design’ and Internet marketing company over 11 years ago preparing for his second career, his next adventure and as a way to explore his creative and competitive passion. Ken is best known for his outstanding SEO work. His favorite saying is “You found us, right?” Ken also closely manages his social media marketing staff because he knows the sensitivity and risk involved when handling another company’s reputation.
Beth Moore – Outside Sales Representative and Marketing
Beth Moore has a BA in Marketing and held a substantial career in the retail industry for over 23 years where she managed multi-million dollar businesses for many high profile retailers such as The gymboree Corporation, Cato Corporation and New York & Company. Moore’s thinking and philosophy of “never confusing effort with results” helped her achieve many goals for her clients making her one of the most sought after marketing executives in the nation.
Robin O’Donnell - Customer Care Representative
Robin, a Bay Area native with years of experience in Silicon Valley high-tech company customer relations, Robin understands excellent customer care. Her experience ensures that “some” discipline is kept in the office, and she offers a plain-language explanation of KO services to new clients. Both Ken and Robin bring mature, experienced management to an energetic staff of qualified young professionals.
Vince Pimentel - Web Development, PPC and Technological Manager
Vince, a Bay Area native is a former certified Honda mechanic, race car crew chief, and lover of anything that goes fast and makes a lot of noise. Vince is the oil and gears that keep KO running at top performance, and he’s an outstanding customer instructor. Vince is a certified mobile device expert and self- proclaimed game expert. Vince won the Google All Star AdWord Award last Spring.
Heather Mellon - Social Media Marketing Project Manager
Heather, a San Francisco Bay Area native, is a self-described social media geek who has a BA in history and a MA in museum studies. She has worked in (among other things) the museum and non-profit fields. Her eclectic background and love of reading blogs helps her find engaging things to post on social media. Heather uses her multitasking skills to stay on point with project management at KO Websites.

With formal graphic design training from Southern and Northern California colleges, our new projects begin with Kirk. Kirk makes sure that your branding is carried over to your social accounts, so that everything matches perfectly.
Katie Chua – Social Media Marketing Specialist
With her BA in Graphic design and marketing experience, Katie manages client social accounts with the utmost delicateness and professionalism. Katie has a knack for saying and publishing just the right thing, generating client engagement and entertainment. Prior to KO Websites, Katie worked at Prospect DB as an Email marketer and has experience as a freelance artiest and web designer.
Cerise Lopatic is a BA graduate from Penn State and a retail marketing Tiger. She will help you bring your brand viral. An expert at HTML and WordPress websites, Cerise can cover all you’re basses and kick butt on your competition.
Robert O’Donnell - Social Media Marketing Specialist – Video Editor
Robert, a California native with prior experience working as a Customer Service Representative for AT&T, and years in the hospitality service industry, Robert is a social animal who helps manage the Social Media Marketing division at KO Websites. As a music and “beats” producer and stage performer, Robert brings the pop culture that’s needed for strong social media engagement.
